Membership and Registration Policy

All memberships, registrations, subscriptions, and professional participation fees made through the Council of Renewable Energy Professionals (CREP) are considered final once successfully processed. By completing a payment through our website, users acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in this Cancellation & Refund Policy.

No Refund Policy

CREP maintains a strict no-refund policy for all membership fees, event registrations, workshops, seminars, conferences, certification programs, and related professional services. Once a payment has been completed, no refunds, cancellations, or reversals will be provided under normal circumstances.

Event Registration

Registrations made for webinars, conferences, technical sessions, workshops, sustainability forums, and renewable energy events are non-refundable. If a participant is unable to attend an event for any reason, the registration amount will not be refunded.

Membership Cancellation

Members may choose to discontinue participation or not renew their membership at any time. However, cancellation of membership will not result in any refund of fees already paid for the current membership period.

Exceptional Circumstances

In rare situations involving duplicate payments, technical transaction errors, or payment processing issues, CREP may review the matter and determine an appropriate resolution at its sole discretion. Any approved adjustments or corrections will be handled only after verification.

Event Changes or Rescheduling

CREP reserves the right to reschedule, postpone, modify, or cancel events due to operational, technical, or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, participants may be informed about alternative arrangements, revised schedules, or transfer options where applicable.

Payment Responsibility

Users are responsible for reviewing all membership details, event information, and payment amounts carefully before completing any transaction on the website.
